You retain ownership of all content you upload — agent configurations, training data, and any other materials (“Your Content”).
By using the Service, you grant AgentCore a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating the Service.
You represent and warrant that You have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The AgentCore platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AgentCore and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The “Powered by AgentCore” attribution in the embedded chat widget may not be removed during the beta period.
AgentCore is currently in beta. The Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees during this period. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated via our status page at agentcore.cc/status.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have not paid us anything).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may close your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.
On termination, your agents will stop responding and your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
